Watch Cross in the sky

    When I watched the terrorist attack in New York and Washington on TV on September 11, 2001, I was shocked and looked to the astrological view of the planetary positions in the sky. I tried to find out if some formation occurs and I found one interesting formation as shown in fig.1.

    A cross was formed in the sky by the planets.
    Media tried to compare this tragic event with the one that occurred on December 7, 1941. Once again I tried to look at the astrological map of planets in the sky for that day and tried to find a formation. See fig.2.

    It shows a similar but slightly different formation of a Cross. Has a Cross formation in the sky any significance in USA?     I continued my search of such formations for the years 1901 to 2020 and came up with the following dates:
