When you know clearly what you want, you'll wake up every morning excited about life. Don't dwell on what went wrong. Instead, focus on what to do next. Spend you energies on moving forward with commitment toward finding the answer.
Commitment is that turning point in your life when you seize the moment and convert it into an opportunity to alter you destiny. A decision is made with the brain. A commitment is made with the heart. Therefore, a commitment is much deeper and more binding than a decision.

To explain -- commitment (involvement) , here is an example on 'Nurturing A Lettuce'. I don't remember exactly where I read it, but it goes like this -
When you plant lettuce, if it does not grow well, don't blame the lettuce. Look for reasons why it is not doing well. It may need fertilizer, or more water, or less sun. You never blame the lettuce. Yet if we have problems with our friends or family, we blame the other person. But if we know how to take care of them, they will grow well, like the lettuce. Blaming has no positive effect at all, nor does trying to persuade using reason and arguments.

No blame, no reasoning, no argument, just understanding. .. and you will make the difference.
Grow your life, relationships, career the way you'd be nurturing a lettuce.
